The material used in the spring can be used to measure the tensile strength of the incoming material. Various Vickers and Rockwell hardness tests are performed on the sheets used for testing and stamping.

For spring products, spring load tests and spring fatigue life tests can be performed.

For electroplated products, the coating thickness test, electroplating salt spray test and ROHS test of the product can be carried out.

At the same time, the company has advanced RGS measurement system management, which automatically inputs test data to form measurement reports, which can effectively improve work efficiency.

The company also has a cleanliness test system for auto parts, which can complete the cleanliness test of auto parts.

The company has passed the ISO9001 and TS16949 quality management system certification, and Cailong’s quality management is fully implemented in accordance with the requirements of the system standards.
