The cutting amount is large, the tool loss is low, and the machined surface roughness is low.
3. Annealing processability of precision stamping dies
The spheroidizing annealing temperature range is wide, the annealing hardness is low, the fluctuation range is small, and the spheroidizing rate is high.
4. Hardenability of precision stamping dies
After quenching, it has uniform and high surface hardness.
5. Hardenability of precision stamping dies
After quenching, a deeper hardened layer can be obtained, and it can be hardened by using a mild quenching medium.
6. Grindability of precision stamping die
The relative wear of the grinding wheel is small, and the limit of grinding without burn is large. It is not sensitive to the quality of the grinding wheel and cooling conditions, and there is no abrasion and cracks in the grinding precision stamping die.
7. Sensitivity to oxidation and decarburization of precision stamping dies
When heated at high temperature, the oxidation resistance is good, the decarburization speed is slow, and it is not sensitive to the heating medium, and the tendency of pitting is small.
The manufacture of precision stamping dies generally requires several processes such as forging, cutting, and heat treatment. The processing difficulty is relatively high, and the requirements for manufacturing materials are high. It should have good processing performance to ensure that there are no process defects and stable quality during the manufacturing process of precision stamping molds.
